1. Bookings and Appointments

1. All salon and café experiences can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our official website.
2. While walk-ins are welcome, advanced booking is recommended to ensure availability and a personalized experience.
3. Customers are requested to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service duration.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Diorette reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

3. Services and Products

1. All services, including hair, skin, nails, Signature Grooming, and kids’ grooming, are provided by trained professionals using premium and internationally trusted products.
2. While Diorette ensures quality and hygiene, results may vary depending on individual conditions such as hair type, skin type, and health.
3. Customers are requested to inform the staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before availing services.

4. Café Terms

1. Diorette Café offers handcrafted beverages, gourmet pastries, and light bites.
2. All café items are subject to availability. Seasonal menu items may vary without prior notice.
3. Customers are requested to consume food and beverages responsibly and respect the café’s ambiance.

5. Payment and Pricing

1. All service and product prices are as displayed and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Payment is accepted via cash, cards, and digital payment methods.
3. Services or products are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of product defects or service dissatisfaction, which will be reviewed by management.

6. Customer Conduct

1. Customers are expected to maintain decorum and respect staff, other clients, and the premises.
2. Diorette reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All content, images, logos, and materials on the Diorette website, social media, and premises are protected by copyright.
2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Diorette’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken in case of infringement.

8. Liability

1. Diorette is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages arising from services, products, or café consumption unless caused by proven negligence of the staff.
2. Customers use the salon and café services at their own discretion.

9. Privacy

1. Personal data collected for bookings or services will be used solely for communication and service purposes.
2. We do not share customer information with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
